Pricing FAQ

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes — yearly billing is roughly 17% cheaper across all paid tiers (you pay for 10 months, get 12). Switch billing cycles anytime from your account settings.

What counts as a click?

Every successful redirect counts as one click, including bot traffic that we detect and flag separately in your analytics. There's no monthly click cap on any plan — only link and domain counts are limited.

Can I downgrade or cancel?

Yes, anytime, from the customer portal in your account settings. Existing links keep working; if you exceed the new plan's limits you won't be able to create more until you're back under.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

Your existing links continue to redirect normally. You won't be able to create new links or add domains until you upgrade or remove old ones. We notify you when you're close to a limit.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Email contact@indiegoweb.com within 7 days of your first paid charge and we'll work it out. After that, billing is non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Do you charge for the free plan?

No. Free is free forever — 5 links, default domain only, basic click counts. No credit card to sign up.
